Rafael Monteiro
 
CEO and Founder

Rafael oversees HOLA Networks’ strategy and sales operations. Rafael brings extensive sales and business development experience to HOLA NETWORKS. In 1992, he was instrumental in developing one of the first pan- regional print media networks which resulted in the creation of a US-based sales representation firm that marketed over 105 Latin American titles, with Monteiro serving as the general manager as well as leading the sales force. In 2000, Rafael joined Terra Networks (NASDAQ: TRRA) and helped evangelize the Internet within the U. S. Hispanic advertising industry. More recently, Rafael ventured into entrepreneurship and co-founded Hispanic Online Advertising. He successfully introduced Internet geo-targeting to the US Hispanic market, enabling marketers to efficiently enhance their diversity and reach. Due to Rafael’s efforts, geo-targeting is now an accepted practice in the US Hispanic Internet advertising industry.

 

Margot Bradley

 

Co-Chief Operating Officer and Founder

Margot manages all HOLA Networks operations. She possesses over 20 years of diverse US Hispanic, US General Market, and Latin America marketing experience, with a strong background in executive management and media. She has a complete understanding of the Internet and the web network model. Margot served as VP General Manager for La Agencia de Orci where she headed up the Allstate Insurance US Hispanic account and developed new business opportunities. Margot also served as EVP of Media and Marketing at GrupoUno International where she created and steered the firm’s aggressive expansion throughout Latin America and the Caribbean by establishing a network of partner agencies in 15 countries. Margot has also held management roles at Campbell-Ewald and BBDO.

 
Marcelo Medeiros
 

CFO and EVP of Technology & Publisher Services and Founder

 Marcelo serves a critical dual role as head of Chief Financial Officer and Publisher Services. Marcelo is charged with the responsibility of diligently working to ensure all HOLA Networks advertising clients see a positive return and maximize their marketing investments while establishing industry-leading levels of customer service and responsiveness. Additionally, he is responsible for developing and fostering close relationships with each of the HOLA Networks publishers to ensure a high level of satisfaction. As part of these responsibilities, he oversees technology services and the integration of publisher web sites into the network platform. Previously, Medeiros was responsible for managing all aspects of client service for Cast Publicita. He has extensive experience in website development, e-commerce platforms and financial practices.
